Even hundeskov in Næstved is a fenced dog park in a newly established forest area, where the trees are still young. It covers about 2 hectares, has just over half a kilometre of paths, and is open 24/7 all year round. The Danish Nature Agency Storstrøm manages it, and access is free.

Your dog can run off the lead when you have full control over it, and it must not disturb others. If it belongs to one of the 13 breeds subject to stricter rules under the dog law, it must wear a muzzle. You can park on Tove Ditlevsens Vej – please be considerate of the neighbours when parking there.

    En af flere hundeskov i Næstved. Ingen vand til hunde er den største mangel. Området byder meget, derfor en god område til at gå tur. Ingen parkeringsplads tilhører den hundeskov. På trods af de to mangler er det en god stedet til hundene.

    Jeg har i mange år nydt og går over i denne hundeskov. Det gør jeg ikke mere, da min hund har fået skåret poterne 3 gange inden for den sidste måned. Her 3. gang var det et langt og dybt side fra den største trædepote og 3-4 cm op af benet, som skulle syes og behandles af en dyrlæge.😢

    En hundeskov skal kunne holde hunden inde i indhegningen. Hegnet er ok, men lågerne indtil er ikke i orden. Ellers er området dejlig. Der er ikke skiltet til skoven, men den er let at komme til alligevel. Bord/bænk er fine.
