You can park along the gravel road right by the fence.

Inside the fence, there is a small enclosure reserved for puppies aged 2–6 months; if it's empty, you can use it for training with plenty of scents around. There are benches and a bin, but bring your own water for the dog. If you want to continue walking with your dog on a lead, you can follow the Kærum Å path into Assens town.
