About Faddersbøl Hundeskov

Faddersbøl Hundeskov in Thy is a fenced dog park covering just over 6 hectares, maintained by the Danish Nature Agency (Naturstyrelsen) Thy. It is part of a forestation area where the first trees were planted in the early 1990s, making it a young mixed forest with both deciduous and coniferous trees.

Inside the fence, there is a table and bench set where you can sit with a thermos while your dog runs free. You can access the forest from the small parking area north of Vorupørvej or via the marked path from Faddersbøl Mølle. The mill has been restored and features an exhibition on, among other things, milling and the local nature.
