Hoverdal Hundeskov is located on Sørupvej near Præstevej in Spjald and is a fenced dog park of about 8.6 hectares with dense forest. The Danish Nature Agency (Naturstyrelsen) West Jutland manages the area, and access is free.

The fence is a mesh fence with one main entrance, and the parking is located by the forest. Inside the forest, there are just over 1 km of paths and a table and bench set where you can take a break. Your dog can run off the lead, but you must always have full control over it. The place is not accessible.

    Det er en superfin skov med gode stier og blandet vegetation. Der manglede vand til hunden og der var ingen hundeposer til rådighed, og andre besøgende tager vist heller ikke poser med hjemmefra.

    Rigtig god og dejlig hundeskov. Mangler affaldsspand så vil der være flere som ville samle op efter deres hund og endnu bedre et sted rygerne så forhåbentlig vil smide deres cigaratskoder i og ikke i hundeskoven.
