About Himmelev Skov-syd

Himmelev Skov-syd is the fenced dog enclosure located at the southernmost part of Himmelev Skov, northeast of Roskilde, just south of Kildemosen and west of Slæggerupstien. Within the fence, your dog can run off the lead as long as you maintain close contact with it, and it leaves other visitors, dogs, and wildlife alone. If you're unsure whether it will obey, keep it on the lead.

You can park at Herregårdsvej and walk about half a kilometre to the enclosure. There are no toilets in the forest, and in the rest of the forest, dogs must be on a lead. Exit 10 Roskilde Ø is approximately 1.4 km away.
