About Bavnedam Hundeskov

You will find Bavnedam Hundeskov west of Odense, in the southeastern corner of Elmelund Forest. It is a fenced forest area of approximately 6.8 hectares, and you enter from the parking area on Bavnedamvej through one of two gates. A path of about 1 km leads you around the forest, and there are bins available.

There is a water point at the parking area, but bring your own bowl if your dog needs to drink after the walk. The Danish Nature Agency (Naturstyrelsen) manages the dog park, and exit 52 Odense SV is just under 2 km away.

Inside the fence, your dog can run off the lead as long as you can call it back at any time.

    Et godt sted at lufte hunden, ikke for aggressive hunde, da folk har dem løse og ikke holder godt øje med hunden.

    Fin hundeskov med fremkommelig hovedsti der er egnet til gangbesvær/kørerstol og muligheder for en rute af mindre stier beregnet for godt gående

    Vi havde ellers en skøn tur idag med massere af søde hunde og hundeejer, dog indtil til sidst da en ældre herre kommer ind med en presa canario der bider og jagter min hund. Ejeren træder ikke ind så jeg står der med min egen hund i favnen og fat i halsbåndet på hans hund som absolut ikke er venlig. Jeg bebrejder ikke hunden men nærmere ejeren, for har du ikke 100% styr på din hund eller ved om den kan med andre skal...

    Dejligt overskueligt område hvor vi kun har oplevet positive oplevelser med hunde og deres mennesker. Vi har set mange forskellige typer hunde som kan hygge sig sammen. Hvis der evt opstår problemer er hundens ejer klar til at gribe ind. Hilsen philip og viggo

    En dejlig og ret stor hundeskov. Fine stier og stort græsareal med en sø. Der er borde og bænke.

    Dejligt sted👍👍👍 Masser af plads. Gode stier. Alle kan være med også kørestolsbruger. Ønsker man ikke at gå med løs hund, er der en område lige ved siden af, hvor man kan gå med hunden i snor. Kan anbefales Man kan se over til Alex Andersen Ølund 😁 og deres nye domicil. Der holder Lån en flyttebils Odense afdeling til👍
