About Frejlev Hundeskov

Frejlev Hundeskov near Aalborg is a fenced dog park of about 10 hectares in Drastrup Forest, managed by the Danish Nature Agency Himmerland. Access is free, and the fence is open all day.

The trees were planted in 1995 and have grown quite large. In the middle of the forest, there is a large open area where dogs can play together and chase balls, and narrow paths wind crisscross through the trees. Drastrup Forest was established to protect Aalborg's drinking water and provide the city with more forest nearby.

Where Grøndalsvej ends in Frejlev, you can park right by one of the many gates into the fenced area.

    Dejlig hundeskov! Der er i midten et stort langt grønt område hvor hunde kan løbe og lege, og skov rundt langs kanten, der er mulighed for at gå en pæn lang tur, hvis man blot følger stien langs hegnet rundt. Der er vandhane ved det grønne område.

    Stor og med fine stier og et stort grønt område, hvor hundene rigtig kan løbe og bruger kræfter op og ned!

    Det er en dejlig stor hundeskov, kuperet stier og tæt med træer og vores meget sociale hund fik leget sig træt med flere hunde 🙂 Fotos tilføjet med vinter installeret i hundeskoven.

    En super hyggelig hundeskov, med masser af plads til både store og små hunde, der er både trær og område uden. Fordi den ikke får 5 stjerner, er pga alle de efterladte hundeposer med lort, som bliver smidt på jorden uden for den store indgang, der mangler en skraldespand.
